Price refers to the base price of a unit. Once the booking and the terms of purchase are confirmed, there will be no escalation in the base unit price.

Premium Location Charges and Floor Rise Charges, if applicable, will be in addition to the base price and may vary from unit to unit. Other below the line items may also vary from unit to unit.

Prices change from time to time as the project progresses and the Fair Price Promise does not give a buyer the right to buy at a past price that was offered at an earlier point in time or at a future price except as provided below.

The Fair Price Promise is applicable only for a period of 30 days from the date of the booking. If prices are lowered within 30 days after the date of the booking, then the buyer may claim the lower price. This applies to published official prices only.

Prices are subject to revisions and changes, at the sole discretion of Prime One Corp, and no notice or intimation may be provided of the same. Prime One Corp also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to offer any price it deems fit on specific transactions based on payment terms and other relevant variables.

Once changed or revised, old prices will not be made available to a new buyer.

The Fair Price Promise is applicable to individual transactions only and prices offered on institutional or bulk transactions, or as part of special schemes, will not be subject to the Fair Price Promise.

Applicable taxes, below the line items, and statutory deposits, which are determined by the government, other public bodies or public utilities, may vary as and when a change is notified by the government or such other body.

Prime One Corp’s Fair Price Promise is only applicable for direct sales and the company shall not be responsible for the actions of third parties such as channel partners or brokers.
